Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Business Analyst

About the role

CACI is hiring a full-time, remote Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Business Analyst to support a high-profile Department of War (Dow) client. The role sits within CACI's Digital and Network Solutions line of business, where complex problem solving and communication are key. The position requires a U.S. citizen who can obtain an IT-II background investigation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, solution, test and implement Oracle EBS Procure to Pay functionality.
• Work with developers, functional analysts and testers to deliver scalable, efficient and supportable solutions using Oracle and related technologies.
• Advise on the program's global implementation and long-term strategy for enterprise applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces and enhancements.
• Support intermediate-level agency accounting tasks, including recording obligations, validating vendor payments, preparing vendor invoices on federal forms, resolving unmatched disbursements, payment rejects and interest penalties.
• Help the team lead identify process improvements and automation ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with five years of DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain an IT-II background investigation.
• Desired: prior experience implementing solutions for Federal Civilian Government and/or Department of War customers, and experience in an Agile environment.

Required skills

• Maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials, including P2P, Budget to Report, Contract Lifecycle Management, Acquire to Retire and Order to Cash.
• Knowledge of DoD procurement, receiving and invoicing policies and procedures.
• Authoring functional design specifications, configuration documents, test plans and test scripts.
• Desired: PRDS, PDS, AXOL, DTS, DTM, TDD integrations; Oracle Fusion SaaS experience is a plus.
