Oracle EBS UMX Business Analyst

About the role

CACI is hiring a User Management (UMX) Functional Analyst for an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 project supporting a Department of War multi-agency program. The analyst works with business stakeholders and Oracle matrixed resources on analysis, design, planning, scheduling, documentation, testing and validation. The position is full time, regular, remote and requires no travel.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design and support Oracle EBS solutions, focusing on Oracle User Management (UMX) and access control, and help with budget-to-report, procure-to-pay, contract lifecycle, acquire-to-retire and order-to-cash processes
• Lead discussions on applying Oracle EBS technology and RICEFW development approaches
• Collaborate with developers, functional analysts and testers to deliver scalable, supportable solutions
• Support business intelligence, data management and reporting solutions, and DFAS / DoD enterprise interfaces such as SPS, MOCAS / ONE PAY, WAWF / iRAPT and DCASS
• Create, modify and run test plans and scripts, record defects, test fixes and support system and user acceptance testing
• Provide end-user support for extensions and customizations, and mentor and train other developers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with five years of DoD and/or federal Oracle EBS implementation experience
• U.S. citizen able to obtain an IT-II background investigation
• Experience creating functional design, configuration, test plan and test script documentation
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting and analytical skills

Required skills

• Oracle EBS R12.2.6 or above, including Oracle User Management (UMX) and RBAC
• Functional knowledge of EBS modules such as P2P, O2C, B2R, and workflow, licensing and patching
• Integration with Oracle EBS and legacy systems
