Oracle EBS Time & Labor Business Analyst

About the role

CACI is hiring an Oracle EBS Time & Labor Business Analyst to join a high-profile Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 project team supporting a Department of War multi-agency program. The analyst works with business stakeholders and Oracle matrixed cross-functional resources on analysis, solution cost estimation, design, planning, scheduling, documentation, testing and validation. The position is full time, regular, remote and requires no travel.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an Oracle EBS Time and Labor functional analyst for functional analysis, solutioning, design and implementation of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
• Collaborate with developers, functional analysts and testers to deliver scalable, efficient and supportable solutions using Oracle and related technologies
• Recommend approaches for enterprise-level application architecture, upgrades, interfaces and enhancements
• Work in Business Intelligence, data management and reporting solutions
• Create, modify and run test plans and scripts, analyze application issues and help teams implement fixes
• Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with five years of DoD and/or federal Oracle EBS implementation experience
• U.S. citizen able to obtain an IT-II background investigation
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a competitive, multi-customer environment

Required skills

• Maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials, including Time and Labor, Procure to Pay, Budget to Report, Contract Lifecycle Management, Acquire to Retire and Order to Cash
• Working knowledge of DoD Time and Labor procedures
• SQL query writing and functional test scenario execution
• Writing functional specifications and configuration documents
• Analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
