Oracle Cloud Core HR Business Process Lead & SME – North America

About the role

Next Generation, Inc is seeking a senior Oracle Cloud Core HR Business Process Lead and Subject Matter Expert to drive HR process excellence across North America. This fully remote position will guide implementation, optimization, and strategic use of Oracle Cloud HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR business processes for North America, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the SME for Oracle Cloud HR modules, providing expert guidance and support to HR teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design process improvements.
• Design, implement, and optimize HR processes using Oracle Cloud solutions, including OTBI reporting and integration files.
• Conduct data analysis and validation to maintain HR data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and deliver training on Oracle Cloud HR functionalities and best practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of implementation experience in Oracle Core HR and related modules.
• At least three successful Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a Core HR lead functional consultant.
• Proven ability to create functional specifications, testing strategies, and lead implementation lifecycles.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud HCM configuration (Enterprise structures, Workforce structures, HR actions, Self‑Service, Approval Workflows, Journeys, Notifications).
• Oracle HCM Security setup (roles, security profiles).
• OTBI report development.
• Redwood pages implementation.
• Position Management implementation.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary $150,000‑$175,000 USD per year, based on experience and location.
