Operator III, Warehouse & Distribution Management

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Operator III to manage complex tasks in its warehouses and distribution centers. The role focuses on optimizing storage, developing distribution strategies, and ensuring safety and efficiency across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle highly complex manual or operational tasks within warehouses and distribution centers.
• Optimize storage space and material flows.
• Develop and implement distribution strategies to enhance business performance.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with other departments for timely distribution.
• Implement best practices for warehouse management and contribute to overall network efficiency.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent reading, writing, and communication in English.
• On‑site location in Houston, TX with schedule Monday‑Wednesday and alternating Thursdays, 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST.
• Travel requirement of 0‑10%.
