About the role

Alcon is seeking a Warehouse Operator II to support its Supply Chain function on weekend shifts. The role focuses on handling complex manual tasks, optimizing storage, and ensuring safe, efficient material flows in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

Handle complex manual or operational tasks to keep warehouse processes smooth.
Optimize storage space and material flows, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics.
Operate equipment, make minor decisions, and follow GxP regulations and SOPs.
Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Fluent reading, writing, and communication in English.
Rotating 12‑hour weekend shift schedule (Thurs‑Sun).
On‑site work location in Houston, TX.
No relocation assistance or sponsorship offered.

Required skills

Forklift operation experience.
Basic RF (radio‑frequency) knowledge.
Basic SAP experience.
