About the role
Bird is building a talent pipeline for its Operations team. By submitting an expression of interest, candidates will be considered for upcoming roles such as Operations Specialist, Maintenance Specialist, Warehouse Supervisor, and City Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily city, warehouse, and fleet operations as needs arise.
- Help oversee inventory control, safety protocols, and KPI tracking.
- Assist in scaling market presence and managing local budgets for city operations.
Required profile
- 1–8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, maintenance, or facility management.
- Proven leadership experience for manager or supervisor positions.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic, hands‑on environments.
Required skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency with operational software and tools.
- Data‑driven decision‑making capability.
