Operations Support Manager

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead a team of administrative professionals supporting multiple business lines within the Supervision, Regulation and Credit Division. Reporting to an assistant vice president, you will oversee Business Technology Services and the Stress Testing Operations team, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Direct technology‑driven activities across analytics, operations, application support, and automation.
• Manage a team of business analysts and project managers, ensuring day‑to‑day operational objectives are met.
• Identify process improvements, business trends, and automation opportunities, including practical AI implementations.
• Provide administrative leadership for the Stress Testing Operations team.
• Lead complex system and local projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the Federal Reserve System.
