About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Operations Supervisor/Manager to lead daily hotel operations at a Hilton property. In this fast‑paced environment, you will ensure seamless guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and support all departments while acting as the on‑property leader in the General Manager’s absence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the on‑property leader when the General Manager is unavailable and assist when present.
• Oversee Front Desk, Guest Services, and Housekeeping to guarantee smooth arrivals, departures, and memorable guest interactions.
• Conduct inspections of rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards.
• Provide hands‑on support across all departments, handling tasks of any size.
• Drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and operational consistency.
• Act as a brand champion, promoting quality, service excellence, and adherence to standards.
