Operations Supervisor

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead plant teams in achieving production objectives. The role involves training, coaching, and continuous‑improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing results by setting expectations, monitoring performance, coaching staff, and enforcing policies.
• Develop and execute flexible production plans, schedule personnel, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain workflow by controlling process variables, monitoring equipment, and implementing cost‑reduction measures.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects and manage administrative tasks such as payroll, vacation, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Knowledge of operations, processes and machinery.
• Strong problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Capacity to manage change and multitask effectively.

Required skills

• Computer skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
