About the role
Ocean Spray is hiring entry‑level Production Resource Technicians for the night shift at its Tomah plant. The role works a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule (4 p.m. – 4 a.m.) and offers a pathway to higher‑paying positions and possible day‑shift transition.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping and support line operators.
- Assist in the Bulk Drying Room (BDR) and laboratory product testing.
- Batch ingredients, unload sugar trucks, and help the bulk line.
- Work in the refinement area, stack product, and aid rework/repack operations.
Required profile
- Ability to read, write and present simple instructions and correspondence.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- High school diploma or equivalent; forklift experience preferred.
- Willingness to follow plant safety, GMP and operating guidelines.
- Flexibility to work 12‑hour shifts and adapt to schedule changes.
