Operations Manager – Floor (Fashion & Retail)

About the role

The Operations Manager – Floor will lead daily activities across fashion, import, jewelry, regional, and returns divisions, supporting Sam's Club, Walmart.com, and HMSC locations. You will drive the business plan, ensure production quality, safety, and operational excellence while fostering a culture of belonging.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and associates both verbally and in writing.
• Implement and monitor the business plan to achieve facility goals for production, quality, and safety.
• Forecast staffing needs and performance results to meet workload demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards by developing and maintaining procedures.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using sound judgment.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and training opportunities.
• Promote a high‑performing, inclusive team environment that respects individual differences.
