Operations Manager – Floor (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Returns)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead floor operations across multiple categories including fashion, import, jewelry, and returns. The role oversees production, quality, safety and drives continuous improvement within a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Develop and execute the business plan for the assigned area to meet production, quality and safety targets.
• Forecast staffing needs and performance results to align with workload demands.
• Prepare, review and analyse operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards by creating and maintaining procedures.
• Resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns using sound judgment.
• Supervise, coach and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback and identifying training needs.
• Promote a culture of respect, inclusion and integrity, modeling company values.
• Make data‑driven decisions that balance short‑ and long‑term priorities while putting the customer first.
