Operations Data Analyst – Hybrid (Oakland/Sacramento)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Data Analyst to join our team on a hybrid basis, working onsite one day per week in Oakland or Sacramento. You will own routine data analysis projects from request to delivery, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage standard data analysis projects with limited supervision, from initial request to final presentation.
• Collaborate with Data Management Analysts to process, analyze, and report findings.
• Create automated data routines and reporting processes, ensuring accurate data manipulation and cleansing.
• Perform data extracts, list pulls, and transfer data to analysts to support operational analysis.
• Use statistical tools to develop ad‑hoc reports, trends, and profiles.
• Communicate clear, concise, and actionable analyses to internal and external clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or a similar role.
