Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and identify GIS‑based optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and align solution performance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations, configurations, and draft standard operating procedures.
• Research third‑party GIS products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation, address integration issues, and support post‑implementation system stability.
