Operations Attendant – Healthcare Facility

About the role

The Operations Attendant supports the Bath Health and Wellness Center’s Lifestyles team by managing member entry, point‑of‑sale transactions, information flow and cleaning duties. This position works varied shifts between 5:00 AM and 10:30 PM, including holidays, to ensure a welcoming and well‑maintained environment for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members by name, clear them for club entry and register guests according to procedures.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages and distribute them appropriately.
• Perform point‑of‑sale transactions, adhere to cash drawer policies and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Manage towel service – wash, dry, fold, distribute and collect towels in locker rooms.
• Stock paper, soap and other supplies, keep inventory records and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning assignments, inspect equipment and report repairs.

Required profile

• Ability to work variable hours and holiday rotations.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High School Diploma or GED; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Customer service, housekeeping or health‑club experience preferred; ability to lift up to 20 lb and stand for extended periods.
