Operations Associate – Dallas

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Operations Associate with experience in cash processing to join our team in Dallas, TX. The role requires basic cash handling and accounting skills, strict adherence to Custody Control principles, and the ability to balance currency totals accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strict compliance with control protocols while processing, validating, securely destroying, and distributing currency.
• Solve balancing issues and resolve discrepancies independently.
• Operate high‑speed currency counting and shredding equipment, including power resets and jam clearing.
• Perform shipping/receiving duties: count and verify deposits, fulfill currency/coin orders, and prepare secure shipments for armored‑car pickup.
• Generate reports and complete required paperwork for automated cash systems.
• Develop effective relationships with co‑workers and support team members with daily workloads.
• Assist in writing and updating operating procedures.
• Perform basic administrative tasks, post volume data, and contribute to process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in cash handling, currency processing equipment operation, or cash‑vault operations.
• Ability to become forklift and power‑lift certified.
• Physical ability to push, pull, and store heavy containers.
