Operation Analyst

About the role

SKIMS, a global brand of underwear, loungewear, shapewear and essentials, is hiring an Operation Analyst for its headquarters in Los Angeles. The role provides analytical support and strategic insights to the Operations and Logistics team, covering KPI reporting, forecasting, cost tracking and capacity planning. It is onsite four days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast inbound and outbound volume by sales channel and fulfillment location, working cross-functionally
• Prepare invoices, KPIs and supporting documentation for monthly close reconciliation, and validate month-over-month variances and trends with Accounting and FP&A
• Track departmental costs against budget and look for cost-saving opportunities
• Run ad-hoc analyses on cost modeling, DC capacity planning and trends
• Manage, analyze and report on DC-SLA and capacity performance, developing KPIs for daily tracking
• Maintain the internal rate card and SOP documentation
• Facilitate a positive work environment and escalate issues appropriately

Required profile

• 5+ consecutive years of experience in operations management, fulfillment or supply chain management; fashion company experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience managing relationships with vendors, 3PLs and dedicated warehouses
• Operational forecasting and budgeting experience is a plus

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Looker, Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite
• Project management tools
• Strong analytical skills, especially with Excel, ERP systems and reporting tools
