Open Source Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Cintel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Open‑Source Intelligence Analyst to support a government customer’s mission at Redstone Arsenal. The analyst will work independently and with sub‑teams to identify, assess, and report on potential threats using open‑source information.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation, and incorporate findings into formal reports.
• Conduct analysis to assemble, correlate, evaluate, and assess intelligence related to counter‑intelligence and operational threats.
• Identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to address them.
• Support intelligence inquiries under team‑lead direction and prepare intelligence reports when appropriate.
• Deliver intelligence briefings to personnel as required.

Required profile

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in intelligence analysis or a related role.
• Ability to work independently and lead sub‑teams to resolve problems.
• Recent experience drafting analytical reports, including Q&A.
• Final Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
