Counterintelligence Officer – Government Programs

About the role

Cintel is seeking an experienced Counterintelligence Officer to support a government customer at Redstone Arsenal. The role involves analyzing threats, producing intelligence reports, and briefing personnel to protect personnel, programs, and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation, and incorporate findings into formal reports.
• Conduct analysis to assemble, correlate, evaluate, and assess counterintelligence and intelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems, and facilities.
• Analyze received information to identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements.
• Support counterintelligence and intelligence inquiries under the direction of the team lead.
• Prepare intelligence information reports when appropriate.
• Conduct counterintelligence briefings to personnel as required.

Required profile

• Works independently and/or leads sub‑teams to analyze and resolve problems.
• Recent experience drafting analytical reports, including Q&A.
• Experience providing intelligence analysis support to vetting, research, development, or acquisitions.
• Minimum eight (8) years on missile‑defense‑related or other complex, large DoD programs/projects.
• Minimum five (5) years supporting counterintelligence analysis as an agent or analyst.
• Formally CI trained and certified to USD/I approved standards per DoD Directive 5240.02.
• Clearance: Final Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
