About the role
The Department of Management at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School seeks an outstanding scholar for a full‑time, nine‑month tenure‑track or tenured faculty appointment beginning July 1, 2027. The position is open rank (Assistant, Associate, or Professor) and focuses on Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and/or Human Resource Management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑quality research and publish in top‑tier “A” level journals.
- Teach graduate courses (MS, PhD, MBA) and, as appropriate, undergraduate and executive programs.
- Mentor and supervise doctoral students, serving on dissertation committees.
- Participate in departmental service, including promotion/tenure reviews, recruiting, and professional activities.
Required profile
- Doctorate in Management or a closely related discipline.
- Strong record of scholarly publications commensurate with the rank applied for.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and mentorship.
- Willingness to engage in collaborative, collegial departmental culture.
