Onsite Recruiter – Temporary Staffing

About the role

Adecco is looking for an Onsite Recruiter in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary-hire and direct-hire orders for a range of clients. The recruiter builds and maintains a strong candidate pipeline, provides excellent service to clients and candidates, develops new business and maintains current relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing: handle all candidates who contact the branch, manage the PDS website and digital tools, and coordinate recruiting events and local grassroots plans
• Recruiting: set recruitment plans, qualify candidates, run behavioural interviews, coach candidates on resumes and interviews, and enter data into Applicant Tracking Systems
• Retention: keep clients and candidates satisfied, identify training plans for temporary employees, and respond to inquiries
• Sales: know the service portfolio, price and sell conversions, temporary and permanent placements, and help build knowledge of target industries and competitors
• Financials: understand the main drivers of gross margin and the branch's financial position, and take part in special projects

Required profile

• At least one year of recruiting experience, preferably in the staffing industry
• Ability to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships
• Ability to prioritise, organise and meet deadlines while handling several assignments at once
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
