Onsite Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations

About the role

R1 RCM Inc. is hiring an Onsite Manager for Revenue Cycle Operations, based onsite at LifePoint Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, North Carolina. The role partners with hospital leadership to build relationships, gain stakeholder buy-in and implement process improvements that improve revenue cycle performance. It is a US-based position with a flexible schedule, starting as early as 7:00 a.m., and the option to work remotely one day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Challenge best practices and look for opportunities to drive process improvements.
• Own management decisions regarding daily operations within the assigned hospital(s).
• Partner with the customer executive management team to review facility-wide financial and operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process, cost and patient satisfaction improvement.
• Gain buy-in and drive change across the client department, including leadership and staff.
• Engage the team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of revenue cycle experience, ideally with 2 years of supervisory-level leadership.
• Proven ability to meet hospital leaders face-to-face, build strong relationships and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations in a hospital setting.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, data analysis, reporting and spreadsheet management.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

What we offer

• Base pay range of $84,057.98 - $105,072.48 per year, depending on role, level, location, experience and education.
• Eligibility for an annual bonus plan at a target of 10%.
