Oncology Sales Representative – Field Based

About the role

Join a customer‑centric Oncology Sales organization focused on improving outcomes for cancer patients. This field‑based position covers the Shreveport, LA territory (including Monroe, Alexandria, and Tyler, TX) and involves building relationships with oncology stakeholders to drive product adoption and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the territory by collaborating with the Oncology Customer Team.
• Engage key stakeholders to understand practice structures, business models, and patient needs, delivering a patient‑centered rationale for our oncology products.
• Analyze buying trends across multiple distribution channels and develop short‑ and long‑term account plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Key Account Manager, Nurse Educator, Field Reimbursement Associate, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Travel to customer sites, national sales meetings, and industry conferences as required (10‑15% overnight travel).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of oncology field‑based sales experience or clinical oncology experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Strong knowledge of cancer staging, treatment pathways, and multidisciplinary care teams.
