Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Shreveport, LA

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a global maker of power tools, outdoor power equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Shreveport, Louisiana. You will drive sales of its product lines within one of its largest retail partners, The Home Depot, and launch your career in a fast-paced company.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering business-to-consumer sales and customer service, recommending tailored product solutions and showing deep product knowledge
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and merchandising resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics to make decisions
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking, keep products accessible and report promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and maintain product placement and brand readiness
• Travel to and from store locations and occasionally to meetings and events; air travel is required

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one continuous year, a personal vehicle, and valid auto insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift and carry heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.), climb ladders and work nights and weekends
• Full-time retail availability, standing for the duration of shifts except for breaks
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work with others; multilingual ability preferred in some markets
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; relocation may be required for future opportunities

What we offer

• Non-exempt salary of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
