About the role
AdvisaCare is seeking qualified On Call Hospice Nurses to join its hospice team in Charlevoix. The role offers a balanced 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, delivering patient-centered care to people in need.
Key responsibilities
- Triage patient calls
- Conduct patient visits
- Perform tuck-ins
- Manage admissions as required
Required profile
- Current state RN license in good standing
- Previous hospice experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong empathetic and compassionate approach toward patients and their families
- Willingness to take part in field visits and attend weekly meetings
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and conditions while on call
