About the role
AdvisaCare's Hospice Division is growing and is looking for a Clinical Manager in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, based in Charlevoix, Michigan.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor staff and others
- Lead a team through IDG
- Provide leadership
- Perform admissions and visits as needed
- Travel within the service area
- Maintain compliance in Medicare and insurance areas
- Expand growth within the hospice market
Required profile
- Active Michigan RN license
- Current TB test and CPR certification
- Hospice experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
