O&M Lead Security Engineer II - Cyber Identity Engineering

About the role

Deloitte's Cyber team is hiring a Project O&M Lead Security Engineer II for its Cyber Identity Engineering team in Rosslyn, Virginia. The role delivers identity and access management solutions to clients, within the Government & Public Services practice and its Digital Trust & Privacy offering. The Project Delivery Talent Model focuses on delivering services to clients, with employment tied to the project.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support identity and access management solutions across enterprise environments
• Translate business, security and compliance requirements into ICAM architecture and engineering deliverables
• Support Zero Trust initiatives by strengthening identity controls, authentication methods and access governance
• Work with infrastructure, application and cybersecurity teams to integrate identity services across systems and platforms
• Contribute to engineering, documentation, testing and compliance activities for IAM and access control

Required profile

• Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for the role
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• 5+ years of experience in IAM, infrastructure architecture, cyber strategy, compliance and Agile delivery
• 5+ years designing and implementing identity, credential and access management solutions
• 5+ years supporting Zero Trust architecture initiatives
• Able to travel 10-15% on average

Required skills

• Preferred: experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID or CyberArk
• Preferred: experience supporting identity integrations across cloud or hybrid environments
• Preferred: industry certification in cybersecurity, cloud or identity technologies
• Preferred: bachelor's degree

The stated wage range is $107,700-$179,500 per year, and employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
