IT Specialist Consultant – Top Secret Cleared

About the role

The Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team is seeking an IT Specialist Consultant with a Top Secret clearance to support government clients in designing, implementing, and managing a centralized enterprise service management solution.

Key responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and ongoing management of a centralized enterprise service management solution.
• Analyze and inventory existing division‑level Jira, Confluence, and other information sites.
• Build, design, and develop system architecture, workflows, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining system diagrams, governance procedures, and user guidance.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, federal IT standards, and agency‑specific requirements.
• Collaborate with division stakeholders, governance boards, and security teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and active Top Secret clearance.
• 2+ years professional experience with Jira and enterprise service management solutions.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington DC up to 4 days a week and travel up to 25%.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
