SAP/ABAP Reports Developer

About the role

The Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is seeking an experienced SAP/ABAP Reports Developer to lead technical transformation workstreams for government and public services clients. You will translate client objectives into actionable delivery plans and ensure successful implementation and stabilization of SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP-enabled technical transformation workstreams from planning through implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations.
• Translate client objectives and business requirements into delivery plans, milestones, dependency maps, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and change requests in coordination with client and Deloitte stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical, functional, data, testing, and change‑management activities across cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Provide status reporting, escalate delivery decisions, and recommend actions to resolve blockers and protect project outcomes.

Required skills

• 5+ years of SAP/ABAP reporting experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
