About the role
The Governance Process and Data Stewardship Consultant will support Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions team by assessing and improving enterprise data‑governance and stewardship processes for government and public service clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assess current data‑governance and stewardship practices and design repeatable workflows.
- Translate governance expectations into defined responsibilities, practical controls, and implementation‑ready procedures.
- Lead or contribute to project workstreams, managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- 2+ years of business analysis experience and 2+ years of data‑governance experience.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance and travel up to 25%.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to build professional relationships.
