Commercial Information Systems Administrator III

About the role

The Commercial Information Systems Administrator III supports loan origination systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and excellent customer service. This role collaborates with vendors, compliance, legal, credit, and lending teams while leading system releases and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and meet service level agreements for loan processing systems.
• Ensure document and data integrity to comply with CECL data points.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries within established time frames.
• Support system releases, test new products, and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead acquisition activities and stay current on system enhancements.
• Back‑up the department manager and participate in bank‑wide projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• 6‑8 years of banking experience in lending and customer service.
• Experience as a System Administrator for Abrigo, Moody's Creditlens, or LaserPro.
• Strong ability to build effective working relationships and solve problems.
