Associate Vice President, AI and Data Science

Join Deloitte’s AI & Engineering team to help clients modernize technology platforms, accelerate innovation, and drive meaningful business outcomes. As a Lead AI and Data Science Engineer, you will design and deliver modern data solutions that support enterprise transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and engineer secure, automated data pipelines using Palantir Foundry and cloud technologies.
• Build and deploy scalable data engineering solutions that enable digital transformation and mission‑critical decision‑making.
• Develop prototype MVP dashboards, analytics views, and workflow applications for high‑priority domains.
• Integrate, transform, and operationalize enterprise data to improve reporting, visibility, and user adoption.
• Lead client engagements, requirement‑gathering sessions, and technical workshops, delivering solutions through presentations and demos.
• Apply data modeling, ETL, DevOps, and statistical programming to enhance data quality and platform performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in data science, data manipulation, or data analysis.
• 4+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry.
• 6+ years leading client requirement‑gathering sessions and directing technical teams.
• Active Secret security clearance and ability to travel 5‑25%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
