Office Systems Professional

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as an Office Systems Professional and help clients design the Future of Work. You will maintain and enhance printing equipment, support cyber‑security and cloud data functions, and deliver managed print, IT and automation services while receiving paid training on new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal and connectivity troubleshooting on Konica Minolta products.
• Use a variety of tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within an assigned territory, manage inventory, and keep customers informed about scheduling.
• Develop professional relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Log service visits and update client accounts in the Konica Minolta system.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Preferred A+ or Network+ certification and exposure to IT networks.

Required skills

• Printer maintenance and hardware diagnostics.
• Connectivity troubleshooting.
• Use of service tools and gauges.
• A+ certification (preferred).
• Network+ certification (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of IT networking.
