Office Systems Associate 2

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as an Office Systems Associate 2 and help clients modernize their workplaces. You will travel to customer sites, maintain and repair printing equipment, and support basic IT networking needs while building technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, break/fix, installation, and hardware removal on Konica Minolta products.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and support basic IT network functions.
• Drive to assigned territories, manage inventory, and keep customers informed about scheduling.
• Log service visits and update client accounts in the Konica Minolta system.
• Collaborate with Account Management to resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 0‑2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and communicate professionally.

Required skills

• A+ Certification (preferred).
• Network+ (N+) Certification or exposure to IT networking (preferred).
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, gauges, and hardware repair techniques.
