About the role

Join a compassionate, inclusive team delivering inpatient occupational therapy in an acute‑care setting. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans based on physician orders, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve patient‑specific goals and safe transitions to post‑acute or home care.

Key responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment programs for inpatient populations.
Monitor patient response, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure documentation meets hospital standards.
Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality and safety targets.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate optimal patient care.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current state occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Strong judgment, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
