Nursing Supervisor (RN) – Emergency Department

About the role

AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical operations in a fast‑paced Emergency Department in Rock Hill, SC. The role combines day‑to‑day leadership, staff mentorship, and quality improvement to ensure exceptional patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical and operational leadership for the Emergency Department.
• Coordinate staffing resources and assignments to maintain appropriate patient coverage.
• Respond to urgent situations, guiding the team during emergencies.
• Promote a culture of patient safety, teamwork, and accountability.
• Monitor care practices and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff through education and professional growth.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and an active RN license with multistate privileges or ability to obtain them.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
• CPI certification obtained during the orientation period.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
