About the role

Working under the direction of the Dean of the School of Science, Math, and Allied Health, the role focuses on improving student outcomes and addressing critical healthcare workforce shortages in Arkansas.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate student success and retention activities for nursing and EMT programs.
• Collaborate with employers, workforce organizations, and training providers as part of the BRIDGE-AR consortium.
