About the role
The YouthBuild BRIDGE Case Manager – LCSW provides specialized social work services to participants in the YouthBuild BRIDGE program. This three‑year grant position supports youth as they pursue education, employment, and personal development, while modeling best practices in psychosocial care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of case management services to approximately 68 participants across four cohorts.
- Facilitate educational opportunities and coordinate access to academic resources.
- Address emotional, financial, and community needs of participants.
- Model and teach best practices in psychosocial care for future academic or workforce success.
- Collaborate with campus staff and community partners to ensure comprehensive support.
Required profile
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
- Experience working with youth in educational or workforce development settings.
- Strong case management and counseling skills.
- Ability to work within a cohort model and manage multiple participants.
