Nursing Faculty Position in Las Vegas

About the role

Join Chamberlain University’s College of Nursing as a full‑time faculty member on the Las Vegas campus. You will teach, mentor, and evaluate nursing students across classroom, clinical, lab, and simulation settings while contributing to curriculum development and scholarly activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging nursing instruction using technology and evidence‑based methods in classroom, clinical, lab, and simulation environments.
• Create inclusive, student‑centered learning experiences and provide timely feedback and remediation.
• Lead or support clinical learning experiences, ensuring safe, ethical, and professional practice readiness.
• Contribute to curriculum development, enforce academic policies, and ensure compliance with licensure and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in committees, program evaluation, graduation activities, and collaborate with clinical partners.
• Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publication, and professional development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred).
• At least 2 years of professional nursing experience.
• Active, unencumbered nursing licensure and any state‑specific teaching credentials.
• Strong communication, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Emotional intelligence to support diverse student needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Experience using simulation tools and online learning technologies.
• Familiarity with AI‑enhanced teaching tools.
