About the role
The Medical Assistant/Medical Administrative Specialist Instructor will deliver in‑person instruction to adult learners, ensuring course objectives are met and fostering a disciplined classroom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide quality instruction aligned with program and course objectives.
- Maintain an organized, disciplined classroom conducive to learning.
- Impart workplace requirements and professional career path knowledge to students.
Required profile
- Minimum four years of practical experience in Medical Assisting (front and back office).
- Associate’s degree (for associate‑level instructors) or Bachelor’s degree (for bachelor‑level instructors) in a related field.
- Motivation, dedication, and enthusiasm for teaching adult learners.
Required skills
- CPR certification.
- First Aid certification.
- BLS instructor certification (preferred, training provided).
