About the role
The University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville seeks a 12‑month Nursing Faculty member to deliver high‑quality, student‑centered nursing education. This non‑tenure position involves teaching, supervising, and supporting nursing students across theory, laboratory, and clinical environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide instruction in nursing theory, lab, and clinical settings.
- Develop, deliver, and assess curriculum aligned with program standards.
- Evaluate student performance and offer academic advising.
- Participate in program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the campus’s Caring Campus culture and uphold the “Improve Lives” mission.
Required profile
- Current University of Arkansas System employee status (or eligible student employee/graduate assistant).
- Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise nursing students in multiple settings.

- Willingness to engage in program development and campus cultural initiatives.
