Nursery Counselor – Onboard Childcare for Disney Cruise Line

About the role

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a caring and energetic Nursery Counselor to supervise infants and toddlers in the ship’s onboard daycare center. You will create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for guests’ youngest travelers while supporting the Youth Activities team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise infants and toddlers (6 months‑3 years) during unstructured play, feedings, diaper changes, and nap times.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the nursery before, during, and after operation.
• Log check‑in/check‑out information and manage the Nursery reservation system.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about care needs, allergies, and special requirements.
• Participate in Youth Activities duties and other shipboard responsibilities as directed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years recent experience working with children in a daycare, camp, or similar setting.
• Experience caring for multiple children simultaneously, including infants and toddlers.
• Ability to entertain and engage young children in free‑play activities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
