About the role
We are seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team at a leading hotel brand. In this part‑time position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay begins and ends with a warm, professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and reservations with accuracy and courtesy.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain daily front‑desk logs, room assignments, and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
- Prior hotel or customer‑service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
