OptumCare is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pasadena, California, to join its Optum Care Delivery team. The clinicians sought focus on patient care rather than volume, seeing patients of all ages from newborns to the elderly, five days a week from 8am to 5pm, with an average patient volume of 18 to 20.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment.
• See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age.
• Work M-F, 8am-5pm.

Required profile

• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Unrestricted California license.
• California DEA certificate required before the start date.
• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

Required skills

• EMR proficiency.
