Modern Pediatrics is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to deliver comprehensive, evidence‑based primary care for children and their families, primarily through home visits and virtual platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct well‑child visits, administer vaccines, and provide sick‑care in patients' homes.
• Provide virtual care via text, phone, and video throughout the workday.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on‑call schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
