Speech-Language Pathologist – Independent Contractor (Austin, TX)

About the role

AIM (Assessment Intervention Management) seeks experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide individual and group therapy to students across Texas school districts. Contractors work independently while leveraging AIM's proprietary technology and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver therapy aligned with IEP goals, both individually and in groups.
• Evaluate student progress, conduct eligibility evaluations, and participate in IEP/ARD meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support communication skills and provide guidance on deficits.
• Maintain accurate reports and records meeting district and state requirements.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active Texas SLP license.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to campus sites.
