About the role

Join Urrly as an in‑home Nurse Practitioner in Portland, Oregon. Enjoy a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, set your own schedule, and earn $140 for each completed visit.

Key responsibilities

  • Review medical history and risk factors for each member.
  • Collect vitals, labs, and screening data during visits.
  • Document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR).

  • Coordinate follow‑up care when red‑flag findings arise.

Required profile

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
