Nurse Aide – Home Care Support

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to provide home care services in Charlotte and surrounding areas. You will support adults in their daily lives, helping them stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care following a registered nurse’s plan of care.
• Assist with household tasks including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and offer medication reminders.
• Support mobility through ambulation assistance and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Engage clients in range‑of‑motion exercises and companion care.

Required profile

• Passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Commitment to delivering quality, reliable care.
