North America Marketing Manager – Luxury Fragrance

About the role

Bvlgari Perfumes is seeking a collaborative, commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to drive growth of its fragrance portfolio across North America. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Americas, you will act as the primary marketing partner for key luxury retail accounts, shaping retailer‑specific strategies, product launches and omnichannel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day marketing contact for major retailers such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Saks, Macy’s and Dillard’s.
• Develop and present retailer market plans, business reviews and project briefs to align on priorities and drive shared objectives.
• Execute integrated 360° marketing programs across in‑store, digital, experiential and promotional channels, including co‑op marketing, sampling, clienteling and events.
• Partner with field sales teams to plan and deliver in‑store events, masterclasses and activations tied to product launches and key commercial periods.
• Identify and test innovative retail initiatives that enhance client engagement and improve conversion both in‑store and online.
• Manage retailer marketing budgets, calendars, timelines and post‑campaign recaps to ensure accurate execution and fiscal stewardship.
• Support North American fragrance launch execution and translate global product storytelling into retailer‑relevant campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with proven experience in fast‑paced luxury retail environments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and detail‑oriented skills.
• Passion for luxury fragrance, consumer experience and retail partnership development.
